Phase 2 – Have a plan in place to show the public your new or old profile. Be ready with posts, suggestions and encouragement. Brands that engage emotionally during this time will have lasting appeal.
Phase 3 – Roll out your plan, ads, posts, maybe a brand refresh. Something to catch attention. But be ready, and make sure you reinforce your message clearly.
